Short Term Cashflow - Include repeat transactions
Short Term Cashflow Tool Improvements:
- Able to add recurring money in money out entries
- Able to print Graph and money in/out list to PDF
- Able to review past transactions (old dates)
Hey community - the team have been working on the ability to include repeating transactions in Short-term cash flow, and I'm happy to announce that it's being released today 🎉
Since this idea was updated to reflect the first point in the description, I'm switching it over to delivered.
As mentioned in our last update, if you're interested in print/export functionality for Xero Analytics Plus you can add your vote to the idea here
I can’t see any other ideas about the ability to review past transactions but can confirm that's not currently planned. If it’s still important to you feel free to start a new idea for it.

Please consider adding repeating bills to the Bills dashboard widget (under e.g. draft, awaiting payment, overdue) and add a summary of upcoming repeating bills to the chart summary within the widget. Thanks

We really need the report to show repeat payable transactions too, without outgoings the cashflow tool is not useful.
The workaround we've found was to save all repeating payables as Approved, but this led to confusion when invoices were not forthcoming or changed and then it caused chaos!

The Short-term cash flow projection is limited by the sales invoices that are currently created. In the "Add upcoming money in or out" function, there should be an option for it to be recurring/repeating. The user should be able to select that it repeats every day/week/month etc.

When generating a cash flow projection report, include future repeating invoices (and purchases) as if they had been created.
e.g if I have a repeating invoice that is scheduled for the 15th of the month, but I run a cash flow report on the 14th of the month, that invoice isn't included, however if I run the same report on the 16th of the month, the invoice is included.
Similarly for repeat purchases.
