Organisation Settings - Display more than 5 organizations from change organisation drop down list

When a person has more than 5 organizations in their portfolio the 'Change of Organization' drop down list only shows the most recent 5 used. It would be helpful if ALL your organizations showed on screen to choose from. Or of course, having the option to reduce to the 5 normal.

    Yes please - another vote for this!!!!! Even the view more suggestion would be helpful. Not always easy to recall the name of multiple entities to type in the search bar without referencing a list of companies to maintain

    I have 11 organizations in Xero, but can only see the last 5 in the drop down menu. It would be really helpful if you could see all entities from the drop down menu.

    I agree and option for 10 or 15 companies in "Change Organisation"

    We only have 8 entities we need to switch between frequently, so extending this list to 10 (with the Demo company toggle suggested above) would be perfect

    Again Xero has some really good features, but some of the basic stuff like this, is just missing. Why would you limit the number of organisations you can see. It just doesn't make any sense.

    This functionality enhancement would certainly make it a lot easier for new hires who struggle to remember all the different entity names.

    We run separate accounts for both our AU & NZ organizations, with both using the same accounts email address.
    The new update to Xero involving a 2 step process to switch between organizations is a nightmare.
    Can you please replace with the old version where previously one drop down list showed all organizations available, for immediate selection so we could switch quickly between organizations when entering bills, invoicing and other accounting processes,etc.

    Having a "view X more" would be very helpful. Personally I would like to see 10, but if there was an option for 15 or 20 that would be great too.

    Having a toggle option to view the Demo Company would be good too. I haven't needed to go here for several years so I would prefer to not see it.

    Yes, please let demo company disappear from the list like live organisations do.

    The change organisation menu on the android app is perfect. Make the desktop version the same as that please..

    When changing organisations, it would be great to see more than five.

    Suggest you show them all so we can scroll until we find the one one want, not just rely on using the search to type in the name of the organisation, if it doesn't appear in the current list of five

    Agreed. Having a 'view more' or 'view X more' button at the bottom of the drop-down would be hugely helpful. The 'add new organisation' button implies the list is complete when it isn't.

    Even if it's restricted to the current list size, let users change the default order. I'd prefer to see my top 6 companies rather than the Demo Company.

    When switching between (many) entities the visible list is too short, necessitating a frequent search for the required entity. There is ample space to make more of the entities visible.
