Hi everyone, we appreciate your patience & would like to thank everyone who’s shared their thoughts and supported this idea.
Xero's payroll reports do currently offer some options to adjust columns, filters & layout. However we hear & understand the need for having additional information & more flexibility with payroll reporting, including the ability to customise & save reports for future use.
Being open here, these improvements are not in our current pipeline. However we'll use this feedback to shape how we plan future improvements in Xero Payroll reports.

Hey everyone, we appreciate a lot of recent activity and trend in this idea especially with Pay Day Super coming.
As mentioned in my last updated this is an idea our product teams are keeping a close pulse on and we want you to know this is high on our agenda, likely to be picked up later this year.
While we can't provide any commitments as yet, we'll share another update here as soon as there's progress.

Hi 👋 everyone, we appreciate all the feedback. We understand if you're in and out of many different client orgs each day why you'd like to be able to increase this drop down.
We're keeping a close eye on the interest for this here and will share if there are any plans made.

Yes please - another vote for this!!!!! Even the view more suggestion would be helpful. Not always easy to recall the name of multiple entities to type in the search bar without referencing a list of companies to maintain

100% Agree - For anyone who needs to Disaggregate all purpose allowances - the software does not work without manual manipulation... Also concur that is needs to be an option on multiple categories, not just sick leave. RDO payments, time in lieu paid, cash out of leave... please don't restrict it to just Sick Leave when expanding this feature.

With payday super commencing within the next 6 months, i would hope that multiple users for authorisation is a high priority. Businesses will no longer be afforded much time at all to delay submitting payments. Moving from 28 days after each quarter to now having to be received to fund within 7 days will cause issues for compliance. The speed of transfer to fund must also be reviewed as an area of high importance also... SG Laws are so inflexible for penalities and business should only be held responsible to a certain point. Software needs to be accountable also in this regard.
