AU Payroll - Employee Payroll Details Report

The report should be able to generate Employee Name (First & Last in separate columns), DOB, TFN, Bank Details provided, Super Funds & Address.

We need various information like from time to time for reporting purposes but we cannot get it without having to click in to every single employees - which is hectic

    Absolutely agreed! This would be particularly helpful to ensure robust data validation for reporting purposes.

    I recently had to run a manual pay run for 56 employees and because I could not export the bank details from Xero into a csv, they had to be entered manually.

    Not ideal!

    Come on Xero! Just not good enough! Your system is certainly very behind in functionality and is lagging in terms of majority of other system offerings. If this is an architectural limitation I would seriously be questioning Xero's future as a viable system. If you can't build a "Report Generator" which allows users to simply select the fields they wish to download from various data sets eg Employee, DOB, TFN etc, then why can't your developers build a customised download as an interim measure that can be used?

    Agree Valentino, that makes no sense. There are so many missed opportunities on Xero for the user to choose export fields.

    Isn't funny how Xero consultants ask you to submit your requests but here we are after almost 15 months since the initial request was submitted, Xero hasn't done anything about it yet???

    You can export the STP report to Excel but is only releases the last 3 digits of the TFN "***_***_123" because according to one consultant, they do not release sensitive information. However, the same report releases the full name, DOB, e-mail, start date etc...

    It's imperative to have a report where all this data (already in Xero) can be extracted as oppose to having to go through very manual time consuming processes. Its crazy I cannot export a report of start dates and hourly rates for all our staff!

    Would be good to get the complete picture with remuneration included as well rather than several reports. Inclusions will also make EOFY payroll checks less time consuming.

    This is critical for large payroll organisations. Especially if a business is being sold and the new owners require all employee info to be imported into a new xero organisation, rather than having to painstakingly manually create new employee's.

    A complete Employee Detail Report with all details on an employee/s including TFN, Bank Details, Super , Groupings & Classifications, Rates etc.
    At present those details can not be download as they are considered "Private", yet the Administrator can put them in and change them so why cant the Administrator only, print them?

    I absolutely agree with this. There does not seem to be the function to at least edit reports ourselves to get the information we need. It is all there afterall.

    I too have to go into each individual employee and manually copy the information.
