When searching for a contact I use the email address. Many people have more than one and the current contact set up only allows one of these addresses as the "contact" with the others in "additional people". If the address I am searching is that of an "additional person" it comes up with no contact found. Please could this search include ALL email addresses on the contact card? It would be even better if we could just have all email addresses in one place rather than all these "additional people" which is so clunky.

Just need a search feature that finds a name. How simple is that? I can search for a phone number, even a partial email address, but I can't find a simple name?!!
So I have to try and remember what company that person works for, who called me up to order some products. They are saved as the primary contact, I can put in their phone number and find them that way but not by typing in their name. It doesn't make any sense!!!

And add a lot more people. I have customers that have several branches and it's hard to remember which branch belongs to which company. I have to manually check every time I need to invoice for a branch, which company it should go to. Even a tag option would help, adding several searchable tags to a contact??

this would make things a lot easier, as some of the payments will be made by the additional contact and we couldn't locate it to the AR.

This would make things for us a lot easier too. Would save a vast amount of time if we could see primary person when we view 'all contacts' as well as the contact name. Would be great if an options could be added so we could customise the display for contacts because in our case, we don't need to see the contact details at a quick glance, just the names and primary contact name.
