I don't know of any other software that doesn't offer a basic report like this. You already have the bare bones for most of it when you download each employee's details individually. Just making it so that you can download all employee's info would be a start!

Considering changing payroll provider. Xero is a great accounting software but just not good enough when it comes to payroll.

I see Xero are rushing to resolve this issue, which I think is critical to any payroll department. I hope I live long enough to see it dealt with.....

This would be a great thing to have access to - when analysing payroll, I often need the above items, but find i have to access them manually which is very time consuming.

There is a sort of version if you go to employees then tick the download next to the P60 it does a csv on employee data, the down side is I only think it does it one at a time you cant down load them all, but a cut & paste job might do the trick. or much better a report designer so we could design out own reports. :-)

We are just at the start of using payroll and I would consider a report with this information essential.

BrightPay, our previous programme, does provide a report with this information.
