Not sure if this is same as OP means, but for us it'd be really helpful (especially if Xero ever adds option for multiple planned payment dates so that we can offer instalment plans to customers) if we could set one of the automated payment reminder emails to be triggered by planned payment date instead of due date. Ie if customer misses planned payment date could Xero send them our chosen email reminder like it currently can for invoice due/overdue

My query is still : Can Xero be updated so that we can set up an invoice with various payment dates/installments, when we offer instalment plans

UK Payroll: Reporting - Run a report to calculate holiday pay based on a 52 week average
This is a critical requirement for UK payroll calculations. This affects employers whose workers have regular overtime aswell as those with zero hours workersThis should be a new holiday option though, not editing an existing holiday setting in Xero - as many xero users will already be manually accounting for this statutory requirement and if an existing setting us changed it will result in errors for them!

Please can you update Xero so that we can set repeating invoices to be assigned (at the point of set up) straight to their project; rather than needing to add project after invoice creation - as it's too easy to miss the adding of the project with current limit on functionality

I use the 'email payslips' and 'email pension letters' functions in Xero but I have a client who I would like to migrate to Xero who requires payroll@ to be copied on ALL payroll related emails
I do this in the existing software by inputting each employees email address as " private email; payroll@..." which gave aperfect solution as anything being emailed to an employee automatically is copied all required parties
In Xero the [safety checks] email address cannot be accepted as it isn't one true email address
Is there an way in Xero to cc myself or a selected email address on the emails sent from Xero by me team?

Hi community, we appreciate this idea has collected a fair amount of votes and commentary. This has all been shared with, and considered by, our product team - so they have an understanding of the work that would be required for this.
We'd like to confirm that, at this stage, the automatic generation and sending of reports is not something we have plans to develop in the near term. We are still interested to get a clearer understanding of demand for this feature, and we'll continue to track this through the conversation and votes on this idea. If there's any change we will let you know!

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate all the interest and detail of where and why you'd like to attach files to employees in payroll.
As many will be aware, the team have been making a lot of changes across Payroll to accompany local regulation & compliance such as STP phase2.
With much of this work still on-going, we want to be open that there are no plans at present for this development. It is top of mind for the team, and will be reconsidered when resource becomes more available however we wanted to share and set expectation for the near term with you all, here.
