Projects: Allocate to projects when bulk importing invoices
The Xero bulk invoice import template makes provision to allow for the population of data into the available tracking categories that would correspond to same inside Xero. However, is it possible to do same with a project? Xero have since confirmed it is not possible to include project allocations when importing invoices.
We have a high frequent need to import bulk lines of data each representing individual invoices, and we wish to use Xero projects, but need to be able to allocate the bulk upload of these invoices to the applicable projects inside Xero.

Yes, that would be a life-saver for an "assign to project" field for importing bulk bills.

If it is possible to have "tracking option 1" and 2, can one of these not be a project option? As this is far more useful for bulk uploads?
Is this a development that is being worked on, or at least reviewed?

It's unbelievable that a field for "Project Name" is not available in transaction import templates (such as invoices etc.). It is not feasible to assign a project to transactions manually after importing.
