Customer Support - Callback option
Xero to offer a "Callback" option to discuss over the phone clients challenges and having the possibility to see their screen.
This will allow clients to resolve issues much faster than by going through Xero Central or finding videos on the internet that sometimes not exist.

Currently the quickest way to get a phone call from our Support team is to raise a case via Xero Central with some details of your query.
If you leave the best phone number and a convenient time window, a specialist in the relevant area will be happy to give you a call, and if it helps, they can also use Xero Meet to view your screen with you.
