Sorry to hear the troubles you're running into here, Cristina. Xero has an open API, which means anyone can create an integration at any time without providing us documentation on how it works.
If the Staffology integration isn't working as expected, we recomend reaching out to the app's developers as they will be able to assist with maintaining the integration they've designed. If there is anything we can assist with standard Xero functionality, we'd be happy to help. Thanks!
