  2. Extend the Stripe integration from Pay Now button on emailed invoices to work with Stripe Terminal.

    When a customer wants make a card payment in person, a Receive Payment button on the customer's invoice is used to share the Amount Due with Stripe Terminal. Once payment is complete, the invoice is marked as paid and the payout from Stripe processes in due course.

  3. Being able to choose a supplier from the Item Code drop down when entering bills. This would allow you to use CoOperatives that give you accounts with hundreds of different companies and reconcile those accounts to the individual company.

    For e.g. I use Capricorn Society that gives me accounts with hundred of different companies throughout Australia. I enter the Capricorn bill and then brake that invoice down into the companies that I bought from as line items. All of the invoices are just attached in a massive list.   5. Could you please add a feature to fill a tracking category for every line in a bill or invoice?
    I am dealing with multiple pages of line items on a bill and each bill belongs to different locations (tracking categories). Note that allocating the tracking category to the supplier account, won't work, because they deal with all our tracking locations. If we can add the tracking option once with an option to fill all the remaining lines, it will save us a lot of silly repetitive work.   6. Hi,
    The Profit and Loss function in the Accounting mobile app is great.
    It has a range of precanned Date options.

    Could you please add a Custom option to select start and end dates?

    A useful period for us to look at is start of current FY to end of last month. Custom date pickers would make that very useful.

  9. Ability to be able to create your own custom project report in Projects. For example being able to create a report using the fields in both the Project Details report and the Project Financials report.

    Also the ability to ability to amend the current reports in the format you want and then to save them to customs reports as you can do with other reporting.

  10. Sticky header/footer for bank reconciliation (cash coding, bank statements and account transactions tabs). The idea is to not have to scroll down all the way to jump to a specific page or navigate to the next page. The option to navigate between pages must be easily accessible at all times.

  11. The new invoicing alerts you to a credit on a customer's account if you APPROVE an invoice but if you APPROVE AND ADD ANOTHER invoice it simply moves right on and does not mention the credit. Please could the apply credit option be available regardless of the way you finalise your invoice.

  12. Pls can you consider providing an option to view all Debit balances as positive values and all Credit balances as negative values (in brackets) on the Chart of Accounts as well as accounts on the Dashboard?

    That way it's immediately obvious if a balance is owing TO the business or BY the business, without having to first determine if an acc is set up as an asset or a liability on the Chart of Accounts.

  13. Change Expense Claimant in Expense Claims.
    I have a delegate who adds most all of my expenses using XeroMe.

    They are not an employee rather a bookeeper at the accountant. At present using XeroMe all expeneses are created in their name and in Xero, it states them as an Employee and after saving or submitting you cannot change whom it is for.

    In Xero on a laptop, you can change who a claim is for, why is this greyed out in XeroMe?
    It should be the same.

    Hi Shawn, to make sure we understand the idea here - would you like this field to be visible to the contact. Say when a certain branding theme is applied? Or just an internal to view when creating invoices in Xero? Thanks

  15. Projects - Ability to copy time entries using web platform

    Currently you can copy a time entry using the Projects app but this function does not seem to be availible using the web based software. This could be added to the hamburger menu where at present the only options are edit or delete.

  16. Linking Purchase Order to Bill

    Purpose: To copy the details from the po to populate the forwarded bill from email fields.

    This would enable the ease of processing bills; using the data already on the po and verifying the costs accordingly.

    Also this is vital, so that you can match multiple bills to the same po.

  17. Can there be a system setting which controls the default option on Invoices for the Approve button.
    It is currently Approve & Email and we would like to have the default as just Approve.

    If it was a system setting companies could chose best option for them.

  19. When I create a sales credit note for an invoice, there is no option to send it to the client at the same time as approving it. Also, Xero sends me back to the original invoice when I approve the credit note, so in order to send a copy to the client, I have to:
    - create the credit note
    - open the credit note
    - send the credit note

  20. We have to do annual quotes for the service provided.

    So we do 1 day quote and then multiply that 1 day quote with the total days of service provided. If there can be a option of have a total of 1 day price and then a separate section underneath to show the total of certain no. of days, that would be great.
