XPM Job filters - add custom fields to Job Manager
Would love to be able to add custom job fields onto the Job Manager dashboard and be able to create filters from them.

customise All Clients view
It would be very useful to be able to customise All Clients view with your own selection of criteria, not just name, phone number and address. Being able to see the client manager would be beneficial. To be able to select your own choice of fields would be ideal.

Allow UUID in all URLs
The 3.1 version of the API only gives UUIDs instead of numeric IDs. I would like to see all URLs on the website accept either UUID or numeric ID. This already seems to be partially supported, but I would like to see full parity with numeric IDs and UUIDs.
E.g. When viewing a client, the url is:
https://practicemanager.xero.com/Client/{NUMERIC_ID}/Detail
but the website will handle a uuid here too
https://practicemanager.xero.com/Client/{UUID}/DetailSimilarly for a job
https://app.practicemanager.xero.com/job/jobview.aspx?id={NUMERIC_ID}

Choose Job Client over Billing Client when Invoicing in XPM
When invoicing a job for a client that has a Billing Client I would like to able to sometimes invoice the Job Client instead of the Billing Client. Currently if there is a Billing Client exists XPM forces you to invoice the Billing Client.

Automatic Email address update in Xero Blue from XPM
When we update a client's primary contact email address this should automatically update their email address in Xero Blue. Currently all other client info updates instantly if it is changed in XPM (eg: physical address). So why doesn't their changed email address automatically update Xero Blue?

Run a report to show all client notes added
Run a report that will show all notes added by a client.
E.g
- Client A reviews their xero, and realises the cost centre is incorrect and adds a note (not the description)
- Manager is reviewing the bookkeeping and wants the bookkeeper to reallocate items and attaches notes to the reports.These notes cant currently be ran on a single report.

Re-sending an Activity Statement from XPM
I’ve noticed that when re-sending an Activity Statement from Xero Practice Manager (XPM), it doesn’t resend the original email but instead generates a new one. This can cause confusion for our clients.
Is there a way to adjust the settings or implement a fix or at least give us the option so that the original email is re-sent rather than creating a new one?

XPM - Jobs ordered by state on Job Manager
Would be great on the Jobs panel when sorting jobs by the "State" field that they were sorted by the order of the different states (1 Planned, 2 Job received, 3 In Progress etc.), rather than alphabetically (1. In progress, 2. Job Received. 3. Ready for review) as it makes no sense having jobs listed all out of order as to their actual progress in the workflow chain.

XPM Report Builder - list of all data fields by report type
Previously, there was a list online which showed all the data fields and which reports contained which fields, which made it really easy to build customised reports that held all the fields I needed, or allowed me to confirm that I needed to combine two separate reports. That list has disappeared.
Can you please release an updated list of data fields for the report builder for XPM so that it's easy to identify which fields belong in which report?1 vote -
Hide job state for certain staff
The ability to hide a Job State (eg Completed) from the quick edit selection and within editing a job, from select users would be great.
Eliminating the possibility for a user to incorrectly move an open job to a state that should only be closed by the Admin Team.1 vote -
XPM - notification of draft invoices
It would be great if there was some automatic notification to the client/job manager that a draft invoice has been raised and is awaiting approval.
Probably just one email per day so they are not being spammed!

Add New Budget Column Heading under Group
Hi There,
We are wanting to add a new column under the family group view in XPM to show the budget against the open jobs. Making it easier to see what budget has been allocated again each job to make it easier for billing.

Practice Manager | Add URL parameter for Job Code
Add the ability to reference a job via the url e.g. https://app.practicemanager.xero.com/job/jobview.aspx?id=J012480 where J012480 is the Job Code in XPM.

Xero Practice Manager (XPM) Remove yourself from a practice in
It would be ideal to have the ability to remove yourself from a practice in XPM. For example, if you are consulting to a firm and they aren't maintaining their staff list and removing access promptly when the contract is complete, you would be able to have more control over the security of a file and keeping your list of practices clean by being able to remove yourself from their practice.

XPM - Missing Time
Help business owners and team leaders easily identify where staff have submitted time for a week that is less than their capacity. That could be something on the dashboard or a report. XPM currently allows a staff member timesheet to be submitted without any warning that it is below the capacity amount. I shouldn't need to manually review and compare to the different capacity hours for full time and part time staff.

XPM - Bulk delete jobs
I learned the hard way after bulk importing 1,700 jobs on the wrong template that you could not delete those imported jobs in bulk. I spent 4 hours individually opening each job from a report and deleting.
It would be great to use job manager to be able to select jobs (assuming they haven't got any time, costs or invoices associated with them) and delete.
