Job Manager - Additional quick job notes Column need to be added which can be seen directly through Job manager screen instead of going inside the Job and then in tab notes

Yes please put in a notes column, or extra customisable column on the Job manager - would be VERY helpful.

With the Notes tab, it would be handy to have a notes indicator on the job manager as a column to be able to prompt that there's extra information, such as a job waiting on info, what info is still coming. A simple Y or blank would work

It would be beneficial if notifications were displayed on the job dashboard in XPM, specifically for each individual job.

I feel like I used to be able to print the Notes Section of the jobs in the reports - has that feature been removed? If so WHY WHY WHY

We want to use XPM Job Manager as our sole means (currently have hybrid system) of managing workflow and being able to enter notes directly to jobs from the Job Manager screen, and also view those job notes directly from the Job Manager screen would make the whole process much easier to manage. Also be be able to export reports from this screen would be great. Common questions we have are 'why is this job at x state' and 'when is the last time the client was contacted about this', and thus being able to put a reason/note at that status column would give info to those responsible for review and management of workflow. Could generate engagement letters from Job Manager?

This is super important and one of the most annoying features that isn’t in XPM.

Just say the client goes on holiday for two weeks and you need to get back in touch with them at x date, to be able to have a note viewable on the job page is very helpful. Yes you can update the job status and start date but it’s more clunky and too general.

Is it possible to add a few extra columns to XPM - All jobs board rather than creating different reports or clicking on different jobs/pages to collate basic client information. I would like to add the following columns to assist with Trusts and Superfunds.

-Trustee/Company Name
-Invoice Number

Currently, if you invoice a Trust e.g. ABC Family Trust for XYZ Pty Ltd (Trustee), I would like to see both entities in Jobs board and not just ABC Family Trust. This comes in handy when chasing payments or matching jobs as a result in separate jobs linked to a Trust or Superfund. E.g ASIC annual reviews are billed separately to tax returns and so forth. we use notes in the job for this and yes would be good to be able to view the notes from the job manager view.

I love the new Job Manager view where you can hide or show columns as you need. I would LOVE a column for comments. For example say a job is waiting for a client to send a particular document I'd love to be able to add that in that view. Or maybe that field could show the latest note made in that job. It woudl save us having to click into the job to see what was holding it up.
