E-invoice - New e-invoice notification

e-invoicing notification

It would be great if we could get some kind of notification when an e-invoice was received into draft. Without going into our process, not knowing when a e-invoice was received will cause delays in processing as well as paying it.

    We are currently testing e-invoicing for clients who do not want to receive an email for each invoice which is great. But they do need some notification that there are draft bills to pay - maybe in Xero HQ?

    Where do i find the created e-invoice? is it only created once a month when the due date is approcaching?

    Is this functionality going to be implemented or not? The functionality obviously exists as e-invoices generated by Xero for the monthly charge do send a notification as well.

    Agree 100% that this functionality should be fundamental not a feature request. Interestingly the Xero subscription eInvoice is accompanied by an email so why are eInvoice's from other companies not handled in the same way?

    Now that Peppol is being rolled out .. i found this very limiting

    I wouldn't use e-invoicing without a notification / email feature.

    Yes, some sort of notification that an invoice has been received would be create for clients, instead of it just appearing in Drafts.

    This is extremely important for me as I work in a number of companies and we have many invoices that sit in draft until approved. I am afraid that e-invoices will get lost and then I will be scrambling to get them signed off all at once.

    I would like to receive a notification when draft purchase bills are automatically created when using e-invoicing. Otherwise, i wouldn't know it was there to be paid.
