  1. We now have a single client record with HQ & XPM but it still does not pull through the client partner & manager from XPM and allow us to filter this way.

    We would find this feature very helpful when bulk updating client access for our team members when they start or depart.

    We also need to be able to export reports from HQ on the filters we apply. Currently even if a filter is applied the export includes all clients and columns and not what is in the filter display.

  2. if the address pulls up in a LCA that is not currently added, to have the ability to register that LCA to allow the correct tax rates? That would make it easier to know that the LCA is new and needs to be registered.

  4. Run a report that will show all notes added by a client.

    E.g
    - Client A reviews their xero, and realises the cost centre is incorrect and adds a note (not the description)
    - Manager is reviewing the bookkeeping and wants the bookkeeper to reallocate items and attaches notes to the reports.

    These notes cant currently be ran on a single report.

  5. Sync clients grouped in Xero Green to Xero Blue. Currently groups can be created in Xero Green and Xero Blue independently but are not synced or linked. It would be efficient and helpful to sync the groupings we have created in Xero Green across to Xero Blue.

Where clients are subscribers to their own Xero but add an adviser who is linked to a Xero partner practice, it would be useful if there was an option for them to choose to give the practice as a whole access so that if, eg, their contact leaves, the practice administrator can give access to their new contact as long as they are Partner Staff.

  8. Have Xero automatically set the flat rate percentage to claim the 1% discount for the first year of registration. This would save time and human error is having to make a manual adjustment.

  9. We want staff to be able to view customer statements but not have access to our firm's bank account.

    Currently this is not possible when editing the user permissions.

    We have always used a QuickBooks desktop where this has been possible.

    If one of the partners is no in the office, the staff cannot access a customer balance, and we do not want to provide them access to view the firm's bank account.

    We hope this is rectified soon.

  10. We have a group of entities, all on Hubdoc.
    To save having to communicate with all suppliers which individual email they should use, we would prefer our group invoicing email to bring invoices into a central area on Hubdoc, so the invoices can then be dragged into the relevant entities

  12. We have been trying to match up a self assessment refund we have received for a client but can't find the matching amount.

    Would be possible to say add an extra line onto the dashboard which shows that year's tax return amount to be paid or refunded.

  13. Currently there is no option to create a worksheet behind the trust distribution income at 6E, when completing company tax returns with a trust distribution income (eg from investments). You need to enter the gross distribution at 6E and record attached franking credits separately in the calculation statement at 'Refundable tax offsets'. It creates confusion for some of the junior staff as they can easily put this amount at 7J as franking credits which isn't correct.

Previously, there was a list online which showed all the data fields and which reports contained which fields, which made it really easy to build customised reports that held all the fields I needed, or allowed me to confirm that I needed to combine two separate reports. That list has disappeared.
    Can you please release an updated list of data fields for the report builder for XPM so that it's easy to identify which fields belong in which report?

  15. The ability to hide a Job State (eg Completed) from the quick edit selection and within editing a job, from select users would be great.
    Eliminating the possibility for a user to incorrectly move an open job to a state that should only be closed by the Admin Team.

  16. It would be great if there was some automatic notification to the client/job manager that a draft invoice has been raised and is awaiting approval.

    Probably just one email per day so they are not being spammed!

    We are wanting to add a new column under the family group view in XPM to show the budget against the open jobs. Making it easier to see what budget has been allocated again each job to make it easier for billing.

  18. We need the ability to add multiple email addresses for a client. Not extra Contacts, but the main email address for a client. Currently you can only enter one email address, this is the address that tax payment letters (for example) are automatically sent to. However, some clients want these to go to more than one address. We have to keep a separate spread sheet and our Tax administrator needs to manually send tax payment letters to those clients.
