  1. It would be great to have the option for a recurring job to open upon the previous recurring job closing. The current options for when recurring jobs open are very limited.

  2. When I use Xero tax it pre-populates the tax agent number overriding the previous entry in the previous year. We want this to be the client phone number due to we want the ATO to contact them.

    Every tax return it is taking manual labour to change the phone number from the pre-populated phone number.

    We'd like the option to pre-populate the client phone number like other client information.

    We'd prefer to not have to delete any details to replace the phone number and this was resulting in tax return error.

  3. Practice Manager - Client Report - Include Client Verification notes as a reportable field.

    Wanting to create a report that enables us to view the notes added to the Client Verification section. Currently it looks like you can only build reports with the Date Verified, Verified by and Verified fields. Would be good to be able to also view the notes. Particularly for non-individual clients who also need to have the relevant individuals also verified which does not always happen at the same time.

    Current workaround is to create a new custom field to record the same information as recorded…

  5. Outside organisations are requesting copies of Tax returns and we don't want to show Client's bank account details and date of birth on the Lodged Tax Returns when sending via Xero electronically.

    Clients of ours firm are concerned with identity theft. If this could be implemented it would be a great feature.

    This affects Xero Tax and Xero Practice Manager.

    Once generated report, pls Enable view and filter, sort the transaction by clicking specific column, enable filter in every each column drop down instead of allowing only one box to search for different categories.]

  10. Allow the ability to set timeframes to the the reporting currently on Xero HQ.

    For example to receive a quick overview of the bank reconciliations at the year end to see how much is to be reconciled and for what bank accounts.

  11. The tax return view/list can be significantly improved through:
    - the All tax return tab - ability to update the status from here. Currently, when we go to Lodge, we have to find the return in the All tab to determine what status it is at, then go to that specific status tab, find the return again, and update the status - this is really cumbersome, particularly when we are lodging numerous returns that are all set at different statuses.
    - the ability to see more fields/columns for each tax return to reduce the risk of lodging the incorrect return.…

  13. Would be great if there was a second "Refresh from Xero" button in Xero Workpapers when preparing the workpaper pack. Idea being that the button stays constant as you scroll down the page with a large volume of accounts. This saves having to scroll back up the top of the page and scroll back to the account you were working on.

  15. I would like to place feedback around user settings, The user permissions are limiting and weird ones seem to go together. Currently all staff can see everyone's timesheets, we we're advised to remove the financial setting under financial privilege's to remove staff access to timesheets, in doing so staff could no longer see budgets on jobs, therefore we had to give all users back that permission, in effect allowing all staff access to everyone's timesheets it just doesn't make sense.

    It would be really handy if we could assign a user group to a staff member instead of having to…

  16. Recently, Hubdoc links have been appearing as lengthy, distracting hyperlinks in our documents and reports. It can be frustrating to encounter these long links, and it's time-consuming to manually remove them one by one.
    It would be great if This feature should be entirely optional, allowing users to activate or deactivate it according to their preferences.
