Hubdoc - Support Access to Multiple Xero Orgs
Enhance the App to allow persistence of multiple Organizations. Currently if you log into Xero with different credentials for different organizations, you can not do the same in the Hubdoc mobile app.
Instead, the lucky few who have admin access to one of their Hubdoc organizations can invite their username from the other organization. This workaround only works if you are an officer of both, as inviting external users is probably a no no for most organizations. XPM - Option to rename and/or disable unwanted "Business Structure" types
There is currently no functionality to either re-name or disable the standard business structure types provided in XPM. For example "Not for Profit" is technically an entity classification - a NFP classification could apply to a Private Company, a Public Company or an Incorporated Association to name a few examples. We have used custom fields to profile these types of classifications separately. Currently, we have to manually review business structure profiles & update these where types outside our guidelines have been applied. NZ Tax - Show Checksum# on front screen of returns
It would be great if the checksum # showed on the front screen of tax returns. When signed returns come back from clients out tax administrator must check this number matches before marking as signed. Currently they need to print and view to check. It would be so much quicker if this number showed on the front screen of the tax return somewhere.

Hubdoc - Ability to also flag duplicates when the invoice number is the same
Currently Hubdoc only flags an invoice as a duplicate if the supplier, invoice date AND invoice amount exactly match. This means if any of these are adjusted or Hubdoc doesn't pick up the exact correct details, the invoice wouldn't be flagged as a duplicate and could be double booked or worse double paid.
Hubdoc should flag an invoice as a duplicate if the invoice number is the same too. Yes there are rare scenarios where two suppliers issue an invoice such as '001', but it's much better for this to be flagged as a duplicate and reviewed, than actual duplicate…

Document Packs - Ability to mark as complete
It'd be great if we could have a "Mark as Complete" option for Document Packs. We've got a bunch of Doc Packs that will forever sit in 'sent' because of various reasons and it would be great to clean them up.
Examples of these situations - when a doc pack is sent to multiple people, and maybe one of them dropped into the office to sign the financials in person - we've now got a partly signed document in a Doc Pack, and a physical signature as well. Report Templates - Notes to the financial statements - Going Concern
Would be good when using the Xero report templates that when net assets balances are negative that a Going Concern note is included in the accounting policies to the notes to the financial statements.

AU Tax - Filter returns by client group
Need the ability to be able to add a filter in the Returns page to look at a client group.
Predominately will be used for bulk status updates, but I'm sure others could find more uses:
- approval of a group (sometimes approval from each individual return is not appropriate)
- "out to sign" once a pack is sent via FuseSign etc.
Would also be useful for a quick snapshot of where the group is up to instead of having to run a report or open the taxable group to see.

XPM - ability to alter view of client info
Have the ability to add extra info to the top level view of a client, or members of a client group, within XPM such as ABN or TFN without having to open the client record to find the details - particularly helpful for large client groups with many entities and individual members

Xero HQ - Combine custom reports with Adviser report
Would it be possible to combine the features of Custom reports (in particular the ability to set them as default reports and favourite them for access from the Reports drop-down) with Adviser reports (the ability to format using report codes and practice-wide sharing across any number of client organisations)?
Right now, a practice has to decide between:
Customising reports on a per-client basis - an incredibly time-consuming task to set up
or
Drafting an Adviser report every time - which can't be set as a default report on the Reports home screen or favourited for easy access and therefore takes…

Practice Settings | Time & Productivity - Option to show Saturday/Sunday
Change Capacity under Settings/Practice to allow for Saturday and Sunday so that on the Dashboard for Time Summary the time entered on Saturday and Sunday shows and is reflected in the Productivity circle on the Dashboard

Hubdoc - Add archived date to documents
I normally download publish failed documents, and then archive them. One day, I lost the downloaded files. I try to find them from Hubdoc archive folder. However, I can’t find date of archive. I’m really worried about I download duplicated files and enter them into Xero. I hope Hubdoc can add When the documents have been archived includ date and time. So to avoid duplicated documents enter into Xero.

Income Tax Client Report - ITCRPT - Extra field request to show progressing status with ATO
We have an Income Tax Client Report (ITCRPT Report) which links to the ATO and shows us who still needs to be lodged and their due date. We would like to add jobs to it so we can see the progress of their associated tax return job. Xero Support have advised currently, it is not possible to include any extra details to the ITCRPT Report.

Practice Manager | Client reporting - Field mapping
Some of the field labels in a report don't match the field in the profile, which can cause confusion, incorrect reports and more time spent on building reports than needed.
For example, on a client profile, we have the 'Partner' and 'Manager', however, when trying to report on these fields, they are called 'Account Manager' and 'Job Manager'.
It would make reporting easier if all labels/titles matched or at least referred to them, e.g. Account Manager (Partner).

Practice Manager | Recurring Jobs - 2 date fields (Issue date & work start date)
It would be useful to have two dates for recurring jobs - one on which the recurring job is generated and a second date for when the work is to be started. We like to have all of our annual jobs generate on 1 April so we can easily see what work is outstanding for the year, received or not, but we obviously can't start everything in April. The planning aspects of XPM would be more useful if we could set the jobs to generate on 1 April then input a start date of when we are likely to start…

Columns
Enable an advanced setting in Xero to have customised columns Change dependant on client (e.g., GST, Credit, Debit, Date, Reference). With the rollout of new reports its frustrating when generating reports on client's P&L to have to change for every single column.

Xero Tax | Return - Re-arrange/Re-sort Line Items
Would love to be able to re-arrange line items in Tax Returns as we have everything listed in alphabetical order. In HandiSoft, we could click and drag lines.
Example situation:
Shares in 2020
BOQ
CBA
WBCShares in 2021
ANZ
BOQ
CBA
WBCTo add in ANZ, we need to delete BOQ, CBA and WBC, add in ANZ and then re-add BOQ, CBA and WBC. Very time consuming if there are multiple lines to add.
