Hubdoc - Automate receipt publishing rules
I have 19 rental properties with 19 separate AT&T internet bills monthly. There needs to be a method within Hubdoc to automate publishing each receipt to a uniqueTracking Category each month. Right now it is all manual and very time consuming.

Xero Tax - Change default setting for showing/hiding TFN on post 2018 returns
Xero currently defaults to print/show TFNs on 2017 or older returns (eg Show TFN ticked). However it defaults to NOT print/show on 2018 - 2023 returns. We have been told this is something we cannot change in our settings, it would be a much safer option if we were able to control this setting, or at least have it all operating the same way.

Clients - Ability to assign multiple job numbers
we use job numbers to identify the works being carried out so I entered the Job number in Contacts against the Client name but this number comes out on the invoice against the client name on the address block. It would be good to be able to have multiple jobs nos for each client so we can identify the job no. on the Customer page

Xero Tax (AU) - Ability to hide client / contact fields
Ability to hide more sensitive data from staff.
I have an employee who works overseas. Currently I think we can only hide the TFN details but it would be good to also be able to hide date of birth, address and now Director ID details.
They do not need to see all of the sensitive data when preparing tax returns so it would be good to have some options of what data we can hide from employees.

Hubdoc - Sync line item edits to update document in Xero
Editing line item function to be added in Hubdoc, so that it can be sync in XERO.

Hubdoc - extract customer name for sales invoices
At the moment Hubdoc extracts supplier name only which makes it tricky to use for processing sales invoices as the customer has to be manually selected and has no default settings. If Hubdoc could also extract customer name, it would really help with AR processing.

XPM - Enter Ad-Hoc time against a historical date
Ability to enter historical Ad-Hoc time. If entering ad-hoc time for yesterday or older - you have to enter as todays date, then edit the entry to change the date.
Would be much easier to have the option to select the date in the initial posting - rather having to edit.

Practice Manager - Tailor system data fields i.e. customise Year End date.
Ability to amend or remove some of the system data fields such as 'Year end date'. Not all clients need a year end date (for example if they have just signed up for some consulting work). We have successfully used 'custom fields' to tailor XPM to match our client database needs and it would be great to also have control over some of the custom fields to remove as we don't need all of them.

Workpapers - Highlight accounts that need attention
Would it be possible to integrate a feature where the workpapers notify the user that there may be Xero accounts that have balances in the relevant year that have not pulled through to any of the workpapers being used (say for example because the report codes mapping for a new account has not been set up properly)?

Xero Tax (AU) - Incorporating into trial of Xero
Does Xero have any plans to incorporate 'Xero Tax' in the trial version? I can see that there are a number of videos on Xero Tax on Xero Central. If it was incorporated in the trial version- it would provide students with hands-on experience as opposed to just watching videos or reading texts.
As Xero is now being used by many accounting firms, Tax professionals who are currently working in other platforms such as Sage Handisoft or MYOB don't know how Xero tax works. When they are trying to change companies- it would provide them an advantage if they are…

Document Packs - Select signatories from Xero HQ
Current: Signatory name and email address for Document Packs are manually typed in (once per pack).
Issue: Manual input is repetitive, error prone, and requires switching tabs.
Request: These details usually exist in Xero HQ already, so I'd like to be able to select my signatory from this list.
Potential future features enabled by this:
When a signatory is selected this way, other signatories could be pre-populated in the one-click right-bar based on whether they've been in the same group of signatories in a previous Document Pack.
History of Document Packs attributed to each Xero HQ record.

Practice Manager: JOB COSTS & MILESTONES - option to add or remove when copying a job
Currently when copying a job then the costs and milestones are automatically copied as well. It would be great to be given the option to copy these or not. Most of the time we do not want to copy these specifically the costs

Reporting - List invoices and Bills separately
When I go into Customers and drill down, I like to be able to see the layout that invoices and bills are shown separately and I can select which one I want to view. This will no longer be the case with the new report formats. Is there any conversation that this could be requested? Thank you

Xero HQ - Add user to all practice tools (HQ, Workpapers, Tax) in one click
Instead of having to add users in three places (HQ, Workpapers & Tax), have the ability to add them once and this then flow through to the additional tools in use at the practice
