Align UI with the Xero app to save time
On the new home page, for each bank account, the Statement balance is on the left and the Xero balance is on the right. On the Xero app they are the opposite way around. Consistency between the two UIs would save time by reducing friction.

Important re privacy of homescreen
Homepage PRIVACY - If could could please add a button, close to the top of the page, that allowed for sensitive data to be blurred with one toggle on/off. Sometimes you may still want to login and use something in a more public space, or perhaps show someone something in the system, but you do not want all your figures on display. I think this is quite an important one.

Add tax return discrepancies/errors widget to new homepage
On the old dashboard, it was very easy to quickly see if any tax returns had discrepancies or errors with the Tax Alerts function.
This made it easy to identify and resolve issues early. With the new homepage, that visibility is reduced, and these issues are more likely to be picked up later.
It would be really helpful to have this Tax Alerts functionality brought back as a widget or alert on the homepage, highlighting:
- Tax returns with errors
- Returns that differ
I think this would align well with the new homepage's focus on surfacing key actions and insights, especially…

The new home page is awful - the old one was simple, I have spent ages trying to move the modules around on the page, but they wont move - I develop websites on an occasional basis and so am not technologically illiterate. I want one size of module, or at least ability to control it, and to be able to easily arrange key items in linear columns on the page. Why introduce something so user unfriendly? Please revert to the old version until you can deliver a better user experience, this is desperately bad.

Homepage - Role-Based Access for Business Overview and Reports
The Business Overview dashboard contains sensitive company performance data and should only be visible to certain roles.
It would be helpful if administrators could control which users can access the Business Overview and specific reports. For example, a Customer Service Manager may need access to invoice reports to follow up with customers, but should not have visibility of overall business performance metrics.
More granular report and dashboard permissions would allow businesses to protect sensitive financial information while giving staff access only to the data they need.

dividend avalability
other platforms have the ability to calculate dividends as per the attached, something like this would be good and pretty basic in my opinion, surprised it isnt already there

Combine the invoices Owed & Bills to Pay tiles to show short term cashflow impact
Combine the invoices owed & bills to pay tiles into a single column chart tile, which gives a better visual representation of the immediate short term cashflow impact of the flow of cash in and out.
If this is not possible - then allow the ability to lock the vertical axis scale on these widgets, (or automatically synchronise the Y axis to each other) so they can be placed side by side and give a relative view of money in vs money out.

Bank feed showing as last updated Jan 1 but it used to show that no bank feed had been set up. Please can we go back to the more meaningful description.
I've been asking new clients to check their bank feed when I should have still been chasing them to set it up. Now they're totally confused.

Significant time savings with payments
Create an aba file of payments, by supplier, with bank account number so that they can be imported into a bank system. IE as Direct Credit payments. Can either be singular transaction or batches

I would like to add my own widget, ie 'Cost of Goods' and 'Salaries' and Sales Income
Customisation of widget request, ie Add New Widget >> Select certain costs >> Select certain incomes. Show chart month by month.

Add a colored line to the bottom of each feed to quickly identify types of accounts. Checking, savings, or credit card account
Allow for a line at the bottom of each different type of account to quickly identify the different accounts such as checking, savings, credit cards etc.

EASIER TO RECONCILE BETWEEN PAID IN AND PAID OUT
Allow a filter which enables you to only see paid in or paid out at a time. E.g if I only want to see and reconcile amounts paid in it would show purely that and not amounts /statement lines gone out and vice versa.

Ensure things aren't easily missed.
Separate Widget for invoicing and bills DRAFTS - these are actionable and shouldn't be such small little links that could be easily missed/feel less important when made so small.

Refresh All Bank Feeds
For business entities with several bank accounts (a dozen or more), it would be nice to have a "Refresh all bank feeds" button/dropdown somewhere on the Homepage, rather than having to individually refresh the bank feeds for each account.
