New Homepage has sensitive info available for Staff, clients have no way of controlling. Subscriber able to change?
New Homepage has allowed for sensitive information to be displayed for Staff they previously did not see, ie Profit and Loss. Client has no way to control this unless ask Staff member to switch to old or Customise. That can cause questions and issues.
Solution:
1. Give Subscriber and/or Advisor the right to control what Standard Users see on Homepage or switch to old, and
2. Create a new Permission called say, Invoice & Coding, gives Staff access to Invoicing and able to code Bank Statements and Invoicing and Bank Reconciliation Reports.
