Might stop me moving to an alternative system
My idea is: not to force new UI/functionality on users before it is ready.
Many users will be willing to assist in trying things and providing feedback, but Xero have lost sight of the fact that an application like this is an essential business tool - we have to achieve important things on it. Don't set arbitrary deadlines for making updates mandatory for all users, make sure it is functional and useful to.
Don't mind being free guinea pigs and testers, but not when there's work to be done. Xero has really burnt through core user capital here.
