Tick boxes for each preparer, manager & reviewer. Would stop wasting a lot of time having to recheck work already reviewed.
Each user should a box that needs to be ticked on each worksheet when they have completed that line. So at least 2 tick boxes - one for preparer and one for reviewer (3 if you are going to keep 2nd reviewer). Perhaps they could be renamed to Preparer, Manager, Reviewer instead as well.
Once both (or all 3 boxes) are ticked then the box on the Summary Sheet should automatically be ticked. At the moment anyone can tick any of the boxes and no controls over who has reviewed what.
