Sales invoice - Choose where to save pdf when downloading
I would like to be able to 'print' or 'save' a pdf invoice to a folder of my choosing rather than to the default 'downloads'
Currently ALL downloaded items from the internet are placed in 'downloads' so I need to move the invoice pdf to my chosen folder. It would be a excellent time saver if I could choose my own folder to save to, and have it use this chosen folder each time.
I believe it is a software bug to rely on the default settings of the users browser to determine where files are saved to.

Currently, when downloading invoices, quotes, statements, or other documents from Xero, the files are automatically saved to the browser’s default Downloads folder.
It would be very helpful to have an option in Xero to select a specific save location or default folder for downloaded documents. This could include different folders for invoices, quotes, statements, and purchase orders, or the ability to save directly to a client folder in OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive.
This feature would reduce manual filing, improve document organisation, and save significant time for businesses and accounting firms that process a high volume of Xero documents daily.
Example:
Instead of every file going to Downloads, users could choose:Invoices → Client A > Invoices
Quotes → Client A > Quotes
Statements → Client A > StatementsThis would create a much more efficient workflow for Xero users managing multiple clients and large volumes of documents.
