Hubdoc - Replace Invoice amount with Invoice Number in file naming convention
Currently, you can save invoice files in PDF directly from Hubdoc or via Xero once they are pushed over. However, Hubdoc's automated file naming format (ContactDateAmount) isn't practical. The invoice amount should be replaced with the invoice number instead. If we receive multiple invoices for the same amount on the same day, they are impossible to tell apart. Since the invoice number is what makes each document unique, it needs to be part of the PDF file name.

Appreciate your feedback here, Michael, however I want to be be open that while Hubdoc remains a core part of our offering, we’re currently focused on delivering more efficiencies through Xero directly - such as with our new Smart Document Capture tool.
This means that we don't have any plans for development of features within Hubdoc in the short term. Thanks
