Tracking - Ability to bulk Archive categories

We use tracking categories of building jobs. It would be great to archive the tracking category once the job it complete. Allowing a P&L by tracking category report to only show active jobs.

    Yes please to bulk archive! I have hundreds to do, and going back and forth between archived and live options will take forever :(

    Fixing this functionality before culling the old reports would've been helpful.

    Xero team> can you please help as this will be a recurring issue given the 200 limit with the new reports ....

    I have over 400 tracking categories to archive for two companies. I have started doing this and it is taking forever going backwards and forwards. Surely we should be able to bulk archive.

    Please add this function! Archiving one by one takes so much time!!
    This will help keep our categories list so much cleaner!!

    YES please, we too use tracking for jobs/projects - and because the reporting is so poor we have to find away of keeping the tracking numbers down. Archiving one by one is painful!

    1. Being able to archive Tracking Categories.

    2. Including the Reference field in the bank reconciliation overview rather than having to drill down to add this detail. All the other fields are included and only this one is missing

    Totally agree especially as the new reporting won't allow tracking comparison if there are more than 100 options whereas the old version did.

    re: archiving locations....we have HUNDREDS of locations.. it would be VERY helpful, if there was a check box wherein we could choose ALL the locations we wanted to archive at the same time, rather then the current time consuming method of having to click on individual location...additionally - it would be very confident..if the screen didn't keep deferring back to the
    "archived" page...and just stayed on the first back, so we don't have to keep going back and forth - waaaay to time consuming.....

    Bulk archive tracking categories instead of having to close them individually.
    We use this for tracking our jobs. At EOFY we need to close all competed jobs in that year and its ALOT. being able to tick all to be closed then select archive would save so much time.
