There is so much more that needs to be improved in the search results. Showing a description could start to ease the unhelpful results. You use a search function to find an invoice, bill or other transaction. It's hopeless if you need to interrogate each one, especially when doing so closes the search results if you forget to open in a new tab. This function also needs to return results in some logical order - by date could be an idea. Results need to be exportable - just excel (no fancy formatting, no merged cells)and if they could be sorted in the results window by contact, date etc. this would be a useful function. As it is it's basic, barely functional.

It would be great to have a landing page/home page that's not the dashboard and that has no business information at all - menu options could be very useful. The dashboard as landing page shows bank balances to anyone walking past.

Hi community, we can see there’s lots of interest in this idea and appreciate all your feedback and comments. We absolutely understand the value that unapproving a bill would bring to your businesses. Unfortunately, while the concept is quite simple, the technical implementation within Xero is highly complex.
The good news is that our Product team is still keen to solve this problem for you. They have a possible solution and would love to hear your response to validate their thinking.
Put simply, instead of "unapproving", the solution would bundle the following tasks into a single action so that you can effectively "unapprove" a bill much faster.
- Void the bill
- Copy the bill
- Reattach any files (IF any) from the voided bill to the copy of the bill
A primary caveat to this is you could only action one bill at a time. So, if you had multiple bills that…

It would be great to simplify archiving Tracking Categories. As it is the process is:
- Find and select a tracking category
- Select Archive
- The Archived Tracing Category tab opens
- look at this list
- Trawl across the screen back the to Tracking Categories tab
- Scroll through to find the next Tracking Category to be archived
- select archive
- the Archived tab opens
- etc and repeat, repeat, repeat.
Its quite tedious archiving more that 3 categories, especially if the list is long
A simpler way would be to be able to select from the list and archive the selected items all together
