Have the Cover Letter automatically ticked by default when sending activity statements for signing in Xero Practice Manager, similar to how the Substantiation Declaration, Activity Statement, and Worksheets are currently selected by default. Rather than having to tick the cover letter on the next screen before sending.

Be able to edit the layout for printing Activity Statements for all users and all clients, similar to how you can customise the print settings for Income Tax Returns (ITRs). We'd like to have a cover letter always included and remove the Substantiation documents by default.

Can we please update to have the Cover Letter included in the default setting when send out Individual Tax Returns? We have included our Individual Terms of Engagement with our cover letter (as a requirement of sending an Engagement letter with each Tax Return). Currently we need to select the cover letter option manually. Can this please be actioned?

Can we have the ability for the cover letter ticked and some other schedules unticked if we don't need to include them and set this as default when printing or pdfs tax return and activity statements.

How has this not been implemented yet?

It would be great to see a new cover letter template field for IAS, rather than using the BAS template cover letter for both IAS and BAS. This way you can send more specific cover letters to clients without any client confusion. Plus you don't have to change the template BAS settings each time you want to send out an IAS.

Instalment Activity Statement - It would be good if you could add a template cover letter for quarterly instalment activity statements. I receive phone calls from client asking why they are required to lodge a BAS as the current AS cover letter is confusing and docent distinguish between the different statements.
