I created a different job status that basically archived the job - with a specific name so when Xero does step up, we can bulk delete these already 'archived jobs.
Bulk change the status of the relevant jobs to this status - takes 3 minutes.

Would save so much time!

Can't believe there is no function to select multiple and delete.
We have 214 that we want to delete

You can send a list to your Xero account manager for them to bulk delete them.

Absolutely critical! Can't believe this isn't a thing yet! Definitely need to be able to bulk delete jobs, especially because you can bulk add them and there is therefore a much higher likelihood something goes wrong or get imported incorrectly.

100% agree - big waste of time to do everything one by one.

I learned the hard way after bulk importing 1,700 jobs on the wrong template that you could not delete those imported jobs in bulk. I spent 4 hours individually opening each job from a report and deleting.

It would be great to use job manager to be able to select jobs (assuming they haven't got any time, costs or invoices associated with them) and delete.

I have entered all my 2024 jobs (some 250) with the wrong start date. Changing this manually is going to be awful!!!
That'll teach me for trying to be proactive...
