AU Tax - Ability to have unlinked depreciation schedules
I would find it very useful to have an unlinked depreciation schedules in Xero Tax. Including amortisation schedules for borrowing costs and also assets that are used for business and employment purposes creates efficiency by including it in the return.

So a client has a rental with a lengthy list of depreciable assets. Moves into that rental for a year, so the schedule isn't needed for one year, but will be needed again the next year. I'll need to delete the schedule and re-enter it all? And then manually calculate the written down values to bring it back in again? Surely Xero can do better on this one!
