Xero Tax(NZ) - Change Reply to email address
Change reply to email address:
Any user can send tax letters, but the reply to email address can be set as one specific email (much like in blue xero)
For example:
staff1@accountingfirm.co.nz sends provisional tax reminders to clients, but when clients receive the tax reminder email, the reply to address is admin@accountingfirm.co.nz
This same feature is already available in Blue Xero when sending invoices

We have a specific email address that we used to send tax letters from, and clients could reply to.
However with Xero we are unable to choose the email address that is shown for the cc when a tax payment reminder is emailed. Currently it can only go to the email for the person who has logged into XPM to send out the tax letter.
Please can we have the ability to choose a different cc email, so we can use the email address that is specifically for this purpose?
This also means that:
1. client replies would go to the correct "tax" email address and not get mixed up in our personal email inboxes.
2. our personal names and email addresses aren't shown when tax payment emails are sent out.

It's also an issue that emails from Xero often go to customer's junk items, whereas making the email from our email address might fix this.

This would be very helpful with follow up as we can't get into other staff computers to check what email address it was sent to as follow up.
