AU Tax - Ability to change day time contact
Day time contact number in individual tax return.
Individual tax return cover page has two options
Mobile number and day time contact number
day time contact number is by default picked up from practice management setting which is practitioner number.
there is no a way to change this day time number to client contact number automatically.

Xero has said no to having a software setting for this. Every time a tax return is created, you have to remember to change the contact number and name.
It's a pain. If you forget, we get txts from the ATO that should be going to the client.

the tax office always calls us for client debt and lodgements - we'd like the ATO to default contact the client so this is the best way to update the ATO with that detail.

This should be a setting as to which number goes here. If you forget to change, we get txts from the ATO that belong to the client
