XPM | Jobs for Auto Activity Statement - Prefill Partner & Manager Fields included
Automatic Activity Statements - Partner/Manager Fields.
Is there a way for the creation of Automatic Activity Statement Jobs to have the Partner and Manager for the entity pre-filled on generation?
It is time consuming to go through each AAS Job and assign Partner/Manager so it appears in worklists.

Hi
Jobs for all clients assigned to a Partner or Manager should show up on that Partner or Managers job list in "Jobs Manager" regardless of whether they have been assigned to the job or not. Too many job slip through the gaps due to no manager or partner having been assigned to the job specifically. This would be solved by the Partner and Manager field on Jobs being automatically assigned to the Partner and Manager who is assigned to the client. -

• Auto activity statements pull through and create a new job automatically
• The job creation date is also the job due date
• For example, March 2023 BAS created in automatic job has job due date of 2nd April 2023
• The above BAS isn’t due until 26th May 2023
This makes reporting pretty close to useless when the day the job is created to start, it is also the last day before it becomes overdue.
Surely the due date on these auto created jobs can automatically be the due date of the BAS? The data is pulled from ATO and even in the job description
Can’t even bulk update these dates.
