    Hi
    Jobs for all clients assigned to a Partner or Manager should show up on that Partner or Managers job list in "Jobs Manager" regardless of whether they have been assigned to the job or not. Too many job slip through the gaps due to no manager or partner having been assigned to the job specifically. This would be solved by the Partner and Manager field on Jobs being automatically assigned to the Partner and Manager who is assigned to the client.

    Hi team, appreciate all the sharing on bulk actions in Tax Manager. It is helpful to hear how this impacts your workflow when managing multiple returns.

    Our team is keeping a close eye on feedback around Tax Manager and exploring ways to bring the ability to select and action multiple tax returns at once to life.

    Our product team are staying very close to the feedback here, and keen to better understand your idea - Would the 'unrelated' client that you've mentioned all be part of the same client group? If so, is there a purpose to the grouping they are a part of?

    The date a Note is created needs to remain as the date on the Note.

    When a Notes is edited the date changes to the date it was edited. This needs to remain as the date the Note was created not changed everytime a Note is edited. For instance if it is used for incoming or outgoing mail and the letter was sent or received on the 30/09/2025 this needs to remain as the 30/09/2025. Currently if someone updates the Note on the 03/10/2025 the Note date changes to the 03/10/2025, so you no longer know when the letter was actuall received or sent. This makes the Note usless for keeping records.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We’re rolling out the new Xero Workpapers with BGL to deliver a more integrated compliance workflow, starting with a phased release in Australia. Today you can attach documents and links, set flexible workpaper periods, and use basic calculation sheets in the new experience, and we’re working on entity‑specific variations for tailored templates, a direct Import Xero Reports as PDFs flow for faster evidence capture, and deeper Workpapers ↔ AU Tax integration so data moves more smoothly across your compliance steps. We’ll keep this idea updated as these capabilities land.

    It would be good to be able to add an excel/word file custom workpaper to Xero Workpapers. Attach a file so that it can be opened from the Xero workpapers

    It would good if we could create workpapers for non Xero clients and clients that are not attached to our Adviser account, like could be done in the old workpapers. At the moment we can only create workpapers for Xero files attached to our Adviser account.

    This is extremly important when trying to export client for mail merge etc. Without it, it makes annual complian ce communication so much more time consuming that it should be.
