Hi team, thanks for sharing this! We can see how resizable widgets would make the Partner Hub feel more tailored to each practice. Some teams might want a big view of their Alerts, while others prefer a compact Time Summary—being able to adjust widget sizes would make the dashboard feel more like your own workspace.
Currently, fixed-size widgets can make key information feel crowded or require extra clicks to see more rows of data.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so our product teams can understand the demand for a more flexible dashboard. We’d love to hear from you—which widgets would you most like to expand or resize?

Appreciate you letting us know how filters on the Jobs widget in the new XPH homepage would be useful.

Hey Christopher — thanks for suggesting this! Making it easier to add additional contacts to client records in XPH would be a really handy improvement and could save a lot of time.
Right now, it’s done manually, but a smoother approach would make managing client info quicker and simpler.
I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can see how many in the community would find it useful.

Hi everyone, it's great to have the insights from your support and comments here. We understand how sending overdue statements would help in cashflows and reduce steps in following up on the most important payments from customers.
We appreciate the needs you've shared and want you to know this is high on our teams radar. While it's not on the roadmap just yet, this is something we'd like to address and the team have done some initial discovery of.

Jobs for all clients assigned to a Partner or Manager should show up on that Partner or Managers job list in "Jobs Manager" regardless of whether they have been assigned to the job or not. Too many job slip through the gaps due to no manager or partner having been assigned to the job specifically. This would be solved by the Partner and Manager field on Jobs being automatically assigned to the Partner and Manager who is assigned to the client.

Hi everyone, we understand interest and how bulk action in the new Tax Manager would improve efficiency when preparing tax for your clients.
Tax Manager is a new experience that is currently in beta in Xero Partner Hub. Bulk actions high on the list of what's coming soon as we build features into this experience.
We appreciate the importance of bulk actions to everyone here and will be sure to update you all as soon as this is rolled out.

Hi everyone, we appreciate your feedback and would like to share an update on this idea.
Tax Manager is a new feature currently in beta and was released early to give users access to ready to start returns and the lodgment widget.
There are a number of additional features being worked on to enhance Tax Manager that you can read up about on Xero Central, and you'll also notice a 'Coming soon' button within Tax Manager to see what's in the pipeline.
Showing the count of returns based on their status is something we're currently working on and I'll share again here when this is released. Thanks for your contributions on product ideas.

Hi team, apologies we jumped the gun a touch on the idea here.
Like previously mentioned, right now you can attach documents and links, set flexible workpaper periods, and use basic calculation sheets in the new experience.
Currently our team are exploring how we might further enhance Workpapers with variations for tailored templates, and support direct importing of reports to improve the way data moves across your compliance steps. We'll share as we have more updates for you around this.

It would be good to be able to add an excel/word file custom workpaper to Xero Workpapers. Attach a file so that it can be opened from the Xero workpapers

It would good if we could create workpapers for non Xero clients and clients that are not attached to our Adviser account, like could be done in the old workpapers. At the moment we can only create workpapers for Xero files attached to our Adviser account.

Hi team, we appreciate the feedback we've received on the current behaviour of the 'Go to Xero' button for clients here.
Currently, when you click this within a clients details page it will open in a new browser tab, but we get wanting this to work the same from the Client list.
This is something our product team are working on atm, and I will come back to you here once it's been updated. Thanks!

On the send statement page add a filter, so that you can filter by the number of days overdue. So that you can easily send different statement reminders based on how overdue the amount is. e.g. If a customer has invoices that are only 30 days overdue send a friendly statement reminder, if the customer has invoices more the 180 days overdue send a legal action statement reminder.
It would be good if this could be incorporated into the Smart lists on the contact page also.
It would also be very helpful to be able to exclude client with credit amounts from the overdue filters.
