  2. I need to directly change the cost of tasks NOT the staff cost.

    I don't want to bill all tasks by time. I need to add the cost to the task so that they are uniform across all clients. I used to do this in XPM but now Jax says I have to update the staff costs??? I don't want to bill by the hour.
