XPM - Ability to identify a primary client in a group
In the previous version we could star a client within a group to identify as the primary client. Can we please have this back?

Client Edit Screen - Typing in dropdown boxes
When adding the client's title you used to be able to type directly in the dropdown box, e.g. 'Mr', and it would take you straight to the option. Now you have to scroll all the way down to 'M' to find it.

Tab Colour Differentiation for Tax Returns
Previously, the tab colours were green when in XPM and blue when in a tax return, which was a really helpful visual cue.
Now that all tabs are black/grey, it’s much harder to quickly distinguish between them, especially when working across multiple tabs and jumping between information and returns.
Would it be possible to reintroduce a different tab colour when in a tax return?

Overdue or Late Tab
Can we have Late or Overdue Lodgements in a Separate Tab so they dobn't get buried with the others.

widget activity statements
Activity Statements Widget, it would be able to click on the columns and got to a filtered view of the activity statements. Also it would be good to be able to filter by partner/manager. On of the big issues with auto created BAS/IAS is the is not parter/manager assigned to them if we could get a filter for partner/manager based on the partner/manager set in the client file it would be fantastic.

Add authorised users to Xero Billing Account
Please add the function for Authorised Staff to add new Xero files to a billing account. Currently only the billing account owner can set up new Xero files and this is usually the business owner. It's not the best use of their time when you have capable Practice Management staff to do it.

Ability to sticky the client name to the top of the screen
It would be useful if you could "sticky" the client name to the top of the screen so when you scroll down you can always see which client you are viewing/editing.

Client Data Synching
It would be good if each of your sections talked to each other and drew client data (name, address, year end etc) from one source instead of having to key it it. When I add a new job and select a client I am still having to rekey information in that is already stored elsewhere in xero.

Job Manager Homepage WIP Value$ Column

Client still shows as needing to sign when they have signed. Then agent needs to click "sign". They should be having to click "file".
Client still shows as needing to "out to sign" when they have signed and returned BAS.
Same shows after refreshing or logging out and in again.
The agent option showing is to click "sign" (which would be on behalf of client instead of client)

Show number of notes on a client profile.
We can already see the number of Jobs, Quotes and Invoices allocated to a client. Practice Manager logs out if there's been no activity for an hour.
Could the Practice Manager please be improved where it is not dependent on activity time as it logs out if there's been no activity after an hour. Previously Practice Manager did not log out, only HQ did and still does.

Features to suspend Xero Suscription for payment delay for several customers
Just like many other partners, we pay subscriptions on behalf of our customers. It will be very usefull that Xero permit suspends a client's license when they have not paid.
Example, in many times we need to pay all licenses to prevent Xero suspend all licenses, so in that case Xero suspend licences for some customer, even those customers that paid on time. Otherwise, Partner has obligation to pay on time all licenses, so is very complicated suspend license for a few customers, that not pay on time.

Client Reference Code Visability
Client Reference Code - it would be great if this ACTUAL field showed when viewing a clients details as opposed to having to EDIT a client to see it??
I know there is an Export Code option but why have both when could just make the Client Reference Code visable on a clients detailed page.

Allow clearing or deleting values in drop-down and date fields.
Currently, once a value has been selected in a drop-down field (pre-existing fields - not custom as you can enter a blank line) or entered in a date field on a client record, it cannot be cleared or removed. A value must always remain, even if it was chosen in error or is no longer relevant.
This creates issues where incorrect or outdated values remain attached to client records, making fields harder to maintain over time.
It would be very helpful to allow users to either:

Update the Home Page to open in a new tab when working on a tax return
Previously in XPM, if you were in a client's tax return, you could select the XPM option from the dropdown menu under your practice name and it would open a brand new tab and take you back to the Dashboard.
Currently, the new partner tab no longer has this feature (for obvious reasons), and when you click Home, rather than opening a new tab, it takes you away from the tax return returning you to what used to be the Dashboard page (now the Home page).

XPM: Practice - Timesheets: Enter Timesheet: Defaulting Dates and Amending Time Entries
When entering a Timesheet, the date keeps defaulting to the first day of the week (Monday) in the timesheet. Even when manually changing the date, at times if the window is left idle for too long it defaults back to the Monday again causing problems with times for each day if you don't notice it has changed. Then when you identify the entry that is incorrect if you drill into it from the timesheet to correct it, it doesn't return you back to the Enter Timesheet window, it returns you to the Job.
