Xero Tax (UK) | Import options in Xero Tax
Please add the ability for Xero Tax to directly upload a list of data (Excel or CSV) for;
1. List of Assets for capital allowances where the business does not use Fixed Assets Module
2. List of participators loans
3. List of projects for R&D

As a tax agent managing a large volume of Company Tax Returns each year, I'd like to formally request the ability to import financial data into the CTR via CSV.
The problem is straightforward: every time I prepare a CTR, I have to manually re-enter the same expense line items from scratch — account names, descriptions, and amounts — with no way to carry forward a structure from a prior client or save a template. For practices handling dozens or hundreds of CTRs, this is a significant and repetitive time cost, and it introduces unnecessary risk of data entry errors.
What I'm asking for is simple: allow tax agents to import CTR data — particularly the Other Deductions (Label 15) section, but ideally the full financial information block — via a CSV or Excel file.
I'm not asking Xero to define the business logic. I understand that Xero would need to design and publish the CSV format and column mapping. That's completely fine — we'll prepare our data to whatever structure Xero specifies. We do this already for other Xero imports, and we're comfortable working within a defined template.

When you press the button to download what HMRC has available , it never imports state pension , if i sign in to HMRC portal it shows it, but when i import it says no data available, and i have linked them , its mainly state pension it imports other information

Please introduce a feature to be able to upload a spreadsheet or CSV file to Tax Manager for Capital Allowances where clients do not use the Fixed Assets module.
And a similar upload for Participators Loans and, R&D

Just to further add to this request, to remove the requirement to hold additional schedules tracking Write Down Value b/f for Personal Tax clients this could easily be implemented into the Personal Tax form, similar to other tax software. It would give the option to record the details of the asset e.g. make and model of vehicle, vehicle registration, write down allowance, write down value b/f, and work out the capital allowance based on the pool type, it would also allow the % of personal use to be charged back to ensure to claim is compliant, This would ensure the these details are available on the following periods form in Personal Tax. I have attached an example of a supplementary page that would be produced.

There should be option to Import Fixed Assets list with dates, Descriptions and Amount in Capital allowance section in xero tax
Because in case of number of fixed assets addition during the year are huge , It will be save our time to type one by one details of all fixed assets addition during the year, Other wise it would become very time consuming process and limitation for xero tax.
