Xero Workpapers - Actual Updates to the Product
I've been using Xero Workpapers now for 7 years. While I find it efficient and effective, there is certainly room for minor improvements.
Yet, despite this list of product ideas from users, it appears that Xero hasn't actually made any changes to this product in the entire time that I have used it. Of the 91 product ideas, only 5 have been marked as 'delivered', 3 of which are not specific to Xero Workpapers, 1 was pointing out a feature that has always been there and the last was resulting from the removal of the old xero reporting (not really an update to workpapers).
So here is a product idea: can Xero take the time to review the product ideas and actually consider updates to Xero Workpapers with a view to actually delivering some improvement to this product. Or alternatively, just tell the users that Workpapers will not get any updates so we can all move on....
Hi community, we understand wanting to hear from us around improvements for workpapers and we have some good updates coming with our new Workpapers solution!
Some of the key enhancements you'll find in the new solution include; roll forward, direct ledger integration, granular user roles, and better collaboration tools. Once live to all we intend to continue iterating and adding enhancements to this new product.
We've started release to our Australian partners now, with plans to release to to all regions in the new year.
