Client groups - Work in progress
When using client groups and clicking the Work in Progress Button, there is nothing showing when there is WIP in the group.
It appears the group name is not pushing through the WIP link to the filter properly.
1 voteHi Ben, while WIP should be appearing for all the clients in the group our product teams have found an issue for some users where this isn't loading correctly.
We have intentions to fix this however a couple of other items that they have attention on first, I'll share when work for this gets picked up. Thanks

Practice tools - Filters for Client Partner and Client Manager
We now have a single client record with HQ & XPM but it still does not pull through the client partner & manager from XPM and allow us to filter this way.
We would find this feature very helpful when bulk updating client access for our team members when they start or depart.We also need to be able to export reports from HQ on the filters we apply. Currently even if a filter is applied the export includes all clients and columns and not what is in the filter display.

As you'll have noticed we've released our new unified client and staff experience that combines the experiences across Xero Practice Manager and Xero HQ.
You'll find more filter and column options for the Client list.
Though Client Partner and Client Manager aren't filters that can be added at present our product team are aware of the interest for this and will consider this enhancement as they continue to plan their roadmap. We will share any updates with you here.
