Contacts - Seperate customer mailing lists

Ability to select different mailing lists for 1 customer. This will be useful when you have different projects for the same supplier.

Hi team, apologies it's taken so long for us to update this idea. Returning to the thread and considering feedback it sounds like Contact groups may be worth looking into as a means to group contacts.

Being open, we don't have any plans for enabling Xero as a full CRM communication and bulk emailing tool you can find out more from my update on this idea.

Alternatively, for those that would like to set up separate people on a contacts record for different types of transactions we have another idea here you can vote for.

    Would love to be able to send quotes to one person then list a separate person to receive invoices and statements

    Hi Kelly, I was thinking of having an option when sending invoices to customers to select different mailing lists. ie. if I had two projects for customer X, I would like to select mailing list for project Y or mailing list for project Z.

    This way I wouldn't need to manually change who to send the invoice to.

    I would like a way to be able to select customer and create a mailing list that sends from outlook automatically.
