The templates available in Xero are all in 97-2003 format and are starting to be rejected by my computer system. Could you please update the format of your available templates?

Appreciate you sharing this feedback, Claire. We understand the concern about legacy template files causing compatibility issues.
The current post doesn't specify which templates are affected. If you can let us know the template type you're using and where you access it in Xero, we can better understand the request.
