Stripe - connecting to other currency accounts
Xero Bank Feed connections: Would it be possible to connect payment services for Stripe to more than two bank accounts, I can currently setup GBP (primary currency) and USD but can't setup for EUR or CAD. Our Stripe payments are collected in the currency and paid out to our bank accounts in these currencies but the payment service settings will only allow these two currencies to connect to the GBP payments which mean a manual process to transfer between accounts in Xero and ''mark as reconciled'' . The USD payments work great so it would be good to be able to have for others or at least for the EUR . Thank you

100% agree. I might be out-of-date with this as I joined in July 2026 by which Xero seems to have completely changed the way they connect with foreign currency bank accounts and a no longer allowing me to received online payments into my main Stripe multi-currency account (instead using Stripe Connect which forces Xero into one single base currency). The extra manual work this has created for us is immense and the hours I've spent with the super-patient Xero support on the phone is substantial.
This new system might work for some, but it's not working for us. USD invoice payments are paid out to our USD bank account, EUR invoice payments go to our EUR bank account. The conversions back to our "base" currency GBP makes zero (xero?) sense and increases manual work 3-fold.
Very frustrating!

I have a Stripe account for my USD payments paid in USD into my USD bank account and am now setting up a second Stripe account for my AUD payments paid in AUD into my Australian bank account. It looks like I will not be able to have the second Stripe account feed into my Xero - is that correct?

I receive payments using Stripe.
I have a USD bank account, and my business is based in the UK.
Stripe recently added a fee for this setup, of 1% per time they pay out: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts/alternative-currencies#alternative-currency-payoutsNow, when I match a payment from Stripe, the payout is out by the value of the 1% fee.
I am aware of the ability to manually make a minor adjustment for a Bank Fee.
However, I wish for this fee to be selectable / automatically matched.
I got in touch with Stripe support, and they sent me this response:> To avoid mismatching invoices with Xero, I'd suggest you contact > Xero and let them know about this pricing percentage in order for > them to add it to the integration.
