Chart of Accounts - Filter accounts by non-zero balances
In chart of accounts create filter listing items greater than 0 t allow a succinct list pertinent to your codes. The filter could be applied to all columns to allow greater flexibility.

Hi Steven, a filter to show only accounts with balances could make the Chart of Accounts easier to review, particularly for organisations with a large number of accounts.
In the meantime, the Trial Balance report can be used to hide zero-balance accounts and show the accounts with activity.
