  2. Customer Support - More detail about Tax notices

    Your Tax Notice support documents need to include information about updating the Changed Tab and updating the tax notices you wish to ignore as the client is not required to pay prov tax - the reason for this: the missed tax payments report that is run after the tax payment due date will not make sense and the data will be incorrect if these steps are not explained to users.

    Hi Cheree, appreciate your feedback here.

    Just looking into this a little bit more we have this article that provides detail about the Changed tab and changing tax payments. Is this the article you were looking at?

    We've also recently implemented our AI chatbot when you first search Xero Central which perhaps depending on your question will also share information and a link to this article.
