Hi everyone, thanks for the interest in this idea.
As you can appreciate, user roles span across the entire Xero product so there’s many combinations of permissions our customers want to see us build. Specifically, our reporting product team is very much aware of the challenges with the current permission sets relating to sharing individual reports with different users and are beginning to look into how we might be able to alleviate some of these reporting challenges.
However, at this stage it’s far too early to anticipate or confirm any direction on where this discovery work will lead, but it will inform our next steps. Additionally, as I'm sure you can appreciate there are sensitivities of data access and security. Creating upgrades to user permissions will need very careful consideration. Very important to my organisation. Each budget holder/Snr manager should only be able to see their own area's budget and P&L. Also for Invoice Only role should be able to view some of the reports as well. Please work on this request !

Hi team, the Payable Invoice reports will generally help you zone into your top repeating suppliers and better view activity.
As suggested, if multiple contacts of a similar nature are being created merge may also help you manage these in your contacts list.
It'd be good to understand if there are other needs that this idea would help you with here - please do share any detail.

Hi community, we understand your needs in this feature and want to assure you were taking on board all your feedback.
As many of you accustom to this idea will know, multiple addresses requires a complex solution. It's been something we’ve been moving towards for some time and we’ve done a lot of back end work that will allow us to bring it to you in the future.
We have 12 different products within Xero that rely on contact data, as well as many of our app partners. This means that contacts need to seamlessly flow across technology, products and all connections on Xero. And that’s exactly what we’ve been working on.
One of the reasons we announced the retirement of classic invoicing is because many of the features being asked for, just can’t be brought into classic invoicing. The old technology has too many technology limitations to enable this.…

Yes, please add journal ID in manual journal. All the ERP systems I've used have the funactionality to search by journal ID NOT by description ! And please add a column for Journal ID rather need to click into the journal to see the journal ID. Journal Reports under Reports is not that helpful because when you click the DR/CR account it does not take back to the journal grrr.
