    Hi everyone, currently our product team in the bills space are focused on the modernisation of Bills, upgrading technology. 

    Over the coming months you'll see some visual changes as we build and release these updates to Bills. 


    While entry of a Bill and contacts will come this is not the core focus atm. We'll move the idea here back to Submitted and will let you know when there's movement.

    When you modernise the bills section, please don't use too much white space.
    I want to see as many transactions on these screens as possible, without searching or scrolling

    Thanks for your input and letting us know how useful being able to show formula rows as %'s would be when reporting from Xero.

    This is something our team have plans to pick up work for soon and for now we'll move to Under review, I'll return to share as this moves along 😊

    Yes, although we can calculate GP% and NP% in the custom reports, they still need the functionality for number formatting percentages.

    This irritates me too, particularly as Xero doesn't have the functionality to report/export repeating invoices, so I have to manually populate a spreadsheet with this information and have to click on every repeating invoice to view the reference.

    Also the date columns are all really wide but only need to be 11 characters to fit the date in dd mmm yyyy format, which is such a waste of space

    Yes! I have inventory items in multiple currencies, but this is not currently supported at all in Xero

    Hi team, to export a list of all Tracking categories in your org, you may find the Tracking Summary report of use to you here. Alternatively, you could run the Account Transactions report and Summarise by the Tracking category. 

    The one caveat here for both reports is that they'll only show a list of the tracking options that have been used within the date range the report is run.

    I'd also like to be able to see a summary P&L by tracking category 1 or 2 showing tracking category in rows and being able to choose account code, account group or account type in the columns
