You can reply to a comment and tick the box as completed but there is no visual indication on the main workpaper that it has been cleared. You need to look at every one to see which still needs actioned.

Would be great if at least the notes icon on the Trial Balance screen was a different colour if an action needs to be taken. Currently everything shows a light blue regardless of if the note has been completed.

Also why does the workpaper pack automatically show as "In Progress" when it's set up? Should be "Not Started" until the file preparer actually starts on the job. We are having to go into the workpapers and bulk update to "Not Started" when our admin team set the job up.

Also, why do the attachments and comments within the workpapers not show on the Trial Balance? Surely these should be linked so you can easily see at Trial Balance level what codes have comments/queries on them that you need to look at when reviewing.

Need to be able to easily see what has been reviewed and what needs to be cleared. Classic Workpapers made it visually easy to follow what the queries were, what needed to be followed up and signed off

Hi everyone, we appreciate the support this idea is gaining, and understand the use in being able to refresh individual workpapers.
This is something we have intentions of developing out but don't have a timeframe on this just yet. I'll be sure to update you here as soon as there's progress. 🙂

Definitely a must have for this page in the workpapers. You need to be able to review each item separately and add review notes against the specific documents.
