Appreciate you sharing this feedback, Jana. A dedicated Milestones widget could give practice managers a quick overview of job progress and upcoming deadlines directly from the Partner Hub dashboard.

Hi everyone, digging into this idea a little further we'd like to confirm that the layout of the job details view was not changed as part of the developments.
We made updates to the look and feel of the job details page, however the order remains the same as the older experience.
It'd be good to get more understanding through feedback here of the change you're looking for here to help your experience managing your practice. Thanks

Hi community, there was a brief window in which users were able to unintentionally code line items to CIS codes. However, there is more complexity in calculations for CIS and work that's needed to reflect this appropriately.
Thanks for starting an idea in this, we'll begin to track the appetite as a possibility for future work.Alison Smyth

Hey everyone, thanks so much for sharing all your ideas and detailed suggestions for a comprehensive Audit Trail Report.
Through some of the comments in this discussion we wanted to highlight the Journal Report that may help with visibility of detail some are after. We've taken on board your thoughts on how this could be enhanced, like including an 'edited date' column and improving the export to Excel, however this is not in the roadmap right now.
Being open, providing a complete audit trail of every single event and change within an organisation is not in our plans.
That said, it’d help to gather interest in specific items you'd like to see added within the history and notes and I've shared links to a few ideas that have already been started on the platform. We welcome you to add your vote, or start a new idea for those that'd be…

Hi Kelly, the milestones appearing at the top of the job was changed in April 2025 to put them at the bottom, so yes, maybe not part of any 'new' developments. Nearly 18 months on and this is still frustrating. The milestones should be at the top of the job as they are important and need to be something that is viewed first.
I also need to refer you to this idea that you closed yesterday 'XPM - Overdue tasks and milestones need to remain in the overdue list'. You said on 7 September 2026 'Hi Alison, this view still exists and can be found in the Important Dates tab of Job Manager'. This view is not comparable to what it used to be - it should be on the front page of XPM and should show the number of overdue items in total across all overdue task, milestones and jobs. My point still stands, which is - 'Please introduce a dedicated "Overdue" notification banner, counter badge, or customisable homepage widget that segments overdue tasks, milestones and jobs'. This should show the total number of overdue items. Thanks Alison
