 commentedCurrently, you can only download employee details one employee at a time. I would like a list or download of all employees current and/or history. It should also have the End of Employment date. This field is not available at the moment on the download of a previous employee. An error occurred while saving the comment  Shona Rankine

Where applicable the end of employment date should also be included. It is not a field that is available today if you download a previous employee.  Shona Rankine

 commentedI totally agree. If I was ill or to leave, there is no way for someone else to know if the pension letters were sent or when. Same for issuing a P45. 
 Pretty basic stuff Xero!

 commentedCan this include Payroll? An Audit trail for payroll is essential not a "nice to have" - who, when and what. Who made the original booking, when it was done (date & time) and details.  commentedWould also be good to have a check when someone on an "M" NI code reaches 21. A reminder would be better than nothing. Reduce the chance of errors. Save on time wasted making corrections. Xero has the date of birth.

A report is urgently needed that shows opening balance, accrued leave, hours it is based on, holiday taken and end balance. It should be possible to "zero" the balance or overwrite it at year ends / end of holiday period. Having to keep making adjustments is hopeless. There is no record of the amount you have added or subtracted and, of course, no audit trails. If the person making the adjustments leaves the employment its an impossible situation for the new person. I maintain separate spreadsheets - approx 20 employees. Its time consuming but at least I can prove to an employee what they are due and what they have taken.
