Appreciate your feedback here, Jessica. While subscription invoices are available to view from the Billing accounts tab under Subscription & billing it sounds like you're wanting the view option to be more prominent and directly available from Subscription and billing. We'll get a better sense of the interest for this from the community here.
We have an existing idea around being able to attach a PDF of the invoice to the email you receive and I've added your vote for this so we can keep you updated here.

Account Transactions: Receipts - Send automated 'payment received' e-mail when payment is reconciled
546 votesHi everyone, we totally get how automating the sending of receipts when a transaction is reconciled would free up time and the manual task involved in this activity.
Though not in the pipeline at present, this is a feature our product team would like to explore more in the future.
We’ll be sure to update you all again when we are able to look into this deeper. Thanks

This would be super. Right now you need to do a load of clicks to do this...
1. Okay the reconcile
2. Go to acct tranactions
3. Open tranaction
4. Drop down
5. Email reciept

Hi everyone, we wanted to return and give you an update here. As mentioned in our last post - we want to be forth right that we don't have any plans to remove 'Powered by Xero' from emails sent from Xero, with intentional purpose and based on findings from interactions we can see having true benefit to customers in getting paid faster.
That said, we appreciate the feedback we've received and have made changes since this was initially raised to reduce the size of the footer where this is shown and have removed the hyperlink to xero.com. We will continue to develop the invoice email to continue to drive improvements for our customers and the ways you receive payments.

Agree this would be logical. I always 'send' this bill to the same Company (not my clients).
Xero bill notification that is emailed to me with invoice link, no longer allows be to add to my company if logged in?
It used to immediately 'pop up', choose company and go, simple and fast.
Now, no option but to log out of Xero first, THEN go back to email and click link, THEN login again, THEN verify on my phone, THEN go back to the Invoice tab in browser, THEN it gives me pop up.
Can this be streamlined again pls....
