    Why is this fundamental report available in other regions but not the UK!! Xero payroll has got to up its game. As a payroll bureau this report is extremely important and requested regularly by clients - When will this be reviewed?

    Hi everyone, we have an exciting opportunity for a few customers to meet some of our Xero team who are working hard to improve payroll for you.

    You'd get a chance to tell us your honest experience with using Xero for payroll, as well as get a tour of the Xero London office!

    Hi team, to export a list of all Tracking categories in your org, you may find the Tracking Summary report of use to you here. Alternatively, you could run the Account Transactions report and Summarise by the Tracking category. 

    The one caveat here for both reports is that they'll only show a list of the tracking options that have been used within the date range the report is run.

    Hi everyone, we appreciate everyone who signed up and participated in the teams discovery here. Right now, focus has needed to shift to other high priority work.

    We value all the input and feedback we've received from the teams discovery, and based on this they found that there is more work needed in solving this for our customers.

    We have good foundations to build from when we are able to bring attention back to this. For now we will move back to submitted and let you know when there is progression to share.

    A vital report, especially as Xero do not offer a NMW Rate or Category change notification!!

    Cannot believe this request has been open since Sept 2022

    As a payroll agent, I have 120 clients with over 750 employees to check EACH MONTH!

    Hi everyone, as part of the work we're doing here, we're looking to engage some small businesses as well as accountants and bookkeepers who use our Payroll functionality to try out our new prototypes and give us feedback.

    Quickbooks, Sage, Brightpay have this function as well as a NI category notification change.

    As a payroll agent, I have 90 clients and over 750+ employees to check each month

    I cannot believe you do not provide a report with employee name and date of birth as an absolute minimum in order to manually make these checks

    Hi everyone, returning from my last update I wanted to confirm that we have released generative answers in Xero in app help for all customers.

    We appreciate this isn't a direct live chat feature that is being asked for in this idea and will move the status back to Submitted, however we'd recommend giving this a try when you're next looking for an answer while working in Xero.

    This feature takes into account what page you’re viewing, and the version of Xero you use, to do the best to ensure that the information provided is relevant to you.

    Live chat is not something we have planned at this stage but if any steps are planned toward this, we'll let you know here.
